Responsible for the successful implementation and administration of the Employment and Homeless program. Directly supervises and coordinates case management and program-specific services. Provide weekly, individual, supervision with staff; attend continuum, client, and program meetings. Ensure client files follow Agency and funder regulations. Oversees project implementation at agency, City, and Continuum of Care levels; including special projects, initiatives, and coordinated access. Train staff appropriately to meet the needs of our contracts.
